Shipping & Delivery

Due to the custom nature of our pet products, it takes a little time to personalize and build your order from the moment you place it.

All orders generally take between 2-5 days to be created and shipped. This can increase slightly during sales periods.

If there is an issue with your order (e.g. new pet photo needed), this understandably will extend your production time.

We also send all customers an artwork proof and ask for your approval before printing. So the faster you approve, the quicker we can ship!

All orders are shipped with tracking and you will receive your tracking number by email as soon as it's available.

NOTE: Expect a delay during the holiday period (Nov/Dec) as our couriers experience a surge in parcels to be delivered.

Important to Note

- Updates or changes to shipping addresses must be made before approving the draft. Please review your confirmation email and reach out immediately if you need to make a change.
- We offer 'skip the line artwork creation'. This shipping option speeds up your artwork creation, as we move your pet photo to the front of the queue for our artists team. It does not speed up the courier's shipping time.
- We cannot ship to Military addresses. In the event that you provided a military address at checkout, we will email you to request a different shipping address. If the cost of shipping to the new address does not equal the cost of shipping charged to you originally at checkout, we will invoice you for the difference and will proceed with your order as soon as the invoice is paid.

Returns & Exchanges

All Custom Products

Due to the customized nature of these products that we produce at Petlufu, we cannot offer returns. Your custom artwork is designed with care and is entirely personal to you and your pet.

If you are unhappy with your final product then please get in touch with us. Customer satisfaction is one of our passions and we always strive to make sure you're happy with the final masterpiece.

If you received the wrong product, and incorrect size or print, or your product was damaged in transit, we will of course replace it without question. Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order in this case.

If you have placed an order recently and have changed your mind, you can cancel or change your order within 30 minutes. If 30 minutes have passed, the cancellation & change request will be granted at our discretion. The reason for this is that our artists often begin work as soon as you have placed your order.

Please be aware that when we create your artwork, we use the photo you uploaded with your order. If you do not follow our photography tips, we cannot offer any solution. It's your responsibility to submit a high quality photo that adheres to our submission guidelines. Low quality photos will result in low quality artwork. We do allow for notes to be added to orders in case you have anything to let us know about. However, we can't guarantee that special requests will be adhered to - for example we cannot edit a photo to close or open a mouth, add a smile etc. We can however, remove red eye, edit eye color and other requests.

Please note that all examples on site were made from high quality, high resolution photos. Blurry, low quality photos will not allow our design team to produce the high quality finish you see on site.

Sales, Promo Code Coupons & General Store Policies

You may only use one promo code per order. Promo codes are not to be combined, are non-transferable, and may have exemptions or requirements in order to be successfully redeemed. Promo codes are subject to change at any time. Shipping charges are based on the cart total after all promo codes have been applied.

Please note that we are unable to honor retroactive discounts. You must enter the code you intend on using at the time of checkout.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
