1How do I place a custom pet product order?
1. Visit our website and choose a product.
2. Select customization options (color, size, etc.) and upload a clear photo of your pet.
3. Add to cart and proceed to checkout.
2Do you only make cats and dogs?
We're here to celebrate the diversity of all pets, not just cats and dogs. Our talented artists are ready to create custom pieces for all kinds of animals – from reptiles and birds to fishes and even insects. And yes, we draw humans too.
3Is my photo good enough for use?
1. To ensure the best results, we recommend using a high-resolution, well-lit photo with your pet's face clearly visible.
2. Avoid using photos that are blurry, with filters, too far or too close to the face, ears or parts of the face missing.

4Can I add multiple pets in one product?
Yes, you can include multiple pets in one product! We offer designs specifically for 2, 3, 4, 5, and even 6 pets. Many single pet designs also allow adding multiple pets. Just pick the number of pets you want on the product page. If you need more assistance, please reach out to our support team at support@petlufu.com.
5What if I want a specific art style not listed on your site?
Contact our support team at support@petlufu.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request and create the artwork.
6Can I customize an artwork beyond the customization you offer?
Yes. We’ll try and accommodate your request with the best of our abilities. We usually don’t charge anything extra if the customization is within our scope of work. But if it requires more time and detail then an additional charge may be levied based on the complexity of the request.
7Can I change the product or art after placing the order?
Changing the product or art is usually possible if our designers haven’t started working on it. If the change request is accepted, then our team will reach you out to guide you through the process.
8Can I see the artwork before it is printed?
Yes, we’ll share a digital preview as proof with you within 1-2 working days. And only after your approval, we’ll put the article in production.
9Can I make revisions to the proof?
Yes, you're entitled to unlimited revisions until you're satisfied.

Expect your artwork to be ready 1-2 business days after you’ve placed your order. Production times vary for different products but is usually done in 2-5 business days.

1Can I return my custom pet product if I'm not satisfied?
Due to the custom nature of our product, we are unable to offer returns. Your custom design is created with care and is personal to the photo you provided and your pet. We work tirelessly to make sure that the design is exactly how you want. After sharing the proof, we proudly offer unlimited revisions till you’re completely happy with the design.
2What if my custom pet product arrives damaged or with an error?
The packages are meticulously packed to make sure the product journey is safe. However, if there’s a print error or your item arrives damaged, please promptly reach our support team immediately with photos, and we'll arrange for a replacement or refund.
3Can I request a refund if I change my mind after placing an order?
You can ask for a refund within the first 30 minutes of placing your order. Our artists usually begin working on the design right away, making it challenging to process refunds later. After 30 minutes, we'll assess whether a refund is possible.
4Is there a time limit for initiating a return or exchange?
