Product Care

Canvas

  1. Avoid Direct Sunlight to prevent print from fading over time.
  2. If the canvas does gather any dust, you may wipe it off gently with a clean, damp cloth.
  3. For light stains or marks, lightly dampen a clean cloth with water and gently wipe the affected area. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as they can damage the print.
  4. Protect your canvas from moisture and liquids. If accidental spills occur, blot the affected area immediately with a dry cloth to absorb the liquid.
  5. When moving or handling your canvas print, avoid touching the printed surface directly. Hold the edges or use gloves to prevent fingerprints and damage to the artwork.
  6. Keep sharp objects away from your canvas to prevent punctures or tears.

Posters & Framed Posters

  1. Avoid Direct Sunlight to prevent print from fading over time.
  2. When moving or handling your canvas print, avoid touching the printed surface directly. Hold the edges or use gloves to prevent fingerprints and damage to the artwork.
  3. For light stains or marks, lightly dampen a clean cloth with water and gently wipe the affected area. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as they can damage the print.
  4. If your print is framed with glass, use a glass cleaner and a soft, lint-free cloth to clean the glass surface. Avoid spraying cleaner directly onto the glass to prevent liquid seeping into the frame.
  5. Never fold or crease your print, as this can cause permanent damage to the paper and affect the image quality.
  6. Keep sharp objects away from your print to prevent punctures or tears.

Mugs

  1. Avoid sudden temperature changes to prevent cracking. Do not move your mug directly from the refrigerator to the microwave or from the oven to a cold water bath.
  2. Most ceramic mugs are microwave safe unless they have metallic paint or finishes.
  3. While ceramic mugs are dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to extend the life of your mug and to preserve the quality of the  prints
  4. Clean your mug after each use with warm soapy water and a soft sponge. Do not use abrasive cleaners or pads that can scratch and damage the ceramic surface.
  5. If possible, avoid stacking your mugs as this can lead to chipping. If space necessitates stacking, place a soft cloth between each mug to prevent damage.
  6. Small chips and cracks can sometimes be repaired with food-safe epoxy. However, if your mug has significant damage, it might be best to retire it from use to avoid further damage or potential injury.
